If you’ve ever visited the Baysgarth Stables Café, chances are you’ve been greeted by Rebecca’s warm smile. Whether she’s making the perfect cappuccino or scooping ice cream, Rebecca brings her enthusiasm to every shift.
But her day doesn’t always start at the café, every Saturday morning, Rebecca laces up her running shoes and takes part in the Baysgarth Park parkrun. Rain or shine, she’s out there chasing PBs before running home, freshening up, and heading straight into a full day of work in the Café.
