Introducing the newest member of the team – Pastry Chef, Niobe Donkin!
Niobe brings with her a wealth of experience in all things baking, and has been working hard recently creating all sorts of delicious recipes which we have had the difficult task of testing – it’s a hard job, but someone has to do it!
Niobe will be based primarily at the Baysgarth House Cafe, where you will soon be able to enjoy her delicious creations.
