Visitors to the Baysgarth Stables Café and Ice Cream Kiosk have been admiring the beautiful new windows in the kiosk — crafted by the talented Mark Glenwright of MG Joinery in Brigg .
What were once tired toilet windows have been transformed into a charming feature that perfectly complements the heritage setting.
At Baysgarth House, our priority is always to preserve and refurbish wherever possible. But sometimes, the elements win. The south elevation of Baysgarth House has taken the brunt of sun and rain over the years, and sadly, some windows are beyond saving. Mark is now hard at work creating bespoke replacements for those too far gone.
Once installed, we’ll be implementing a regular painting programme to ensure these new replacements stand the test of time.
Heritage meets craftsmanship. Thank you, Mark, for helping us bring new life to old spaces.
